My photography roots are planted deep in the darkroom. I will never forget the excitement and anticipation I felt when I witnessed my first black and white photo come to life in a tray of developer. Sitting in front of me was a memory. I had captured it, printed it, and I could keep it forever. This was life changing for me. It has been over ten years since that day, with every picture I make my passion for photography grows stronger.

I am a lover of love, and I love to photograph love, to capture emotion. It is the simple gestures that catch my eye, a gentle stroke of the hair, an old man kissing his wife's wrinkled hand . I am inspired by people who follow their dreams.

I believe my professional work is far to personal for me not to also consider it my art.
